An Affordable Catholic Education

If you would like your child to experience an St. Francis Xavier education, please know that we will do everything possible to help make tuition fit your family budget.

We are committed to making Catholic education available and affordable to all interested families. To confidentially explore your options, please complete the steps below or contact Deanna Dupont, Admissions Coordinator at (920) 735-9380 for more information.

Step 1: Research Participation in a Coverdell Education Savings Account
(ESA)
ESA's provide qualifying families the opportunity to save tax-free for
St. Francis Xavier tuition expenses. If this option is appropriate for
your family, you can begin saving at birth and all earnings that are
subsequently used for education will be tax-free. More information is
available at http://www.irs.gov/publications/p970/ch07.html St. Francis
Xavier cannot provide financial advisement. Please contact a qualified
financial advisor to answer your specific questions.

Step 2: Complete the FACTS Scholarship Application:
Please click here for instructions in English or here for instructions in Spanish to help you complete your online FACTS scholarship application.  A checklist or checklist in Spanish is also available to help you prepare your application.  To submit your application, please go to http://www.factstuitionaid.com/ and select the "Create An Account" button to get started.  All applicants will be informed of the results within 2 weeks of the published application deadline.

Families that are new to St. Francis Xavier may submit FACTS applications until August 30, 2013.  Returning families may continue to apply as well, however funding for returning families is limited to unclaimed scholarships or unbudgeted donations to the program.

Additional Scholarship Opportunities for the 2013-2014 school year.

Step 3: Participate in the Scrip Program
Scrip is a gift card resale program in which St. Francis Xavier families and friends can purchase gift cards for many local and national businesses.  Of the revenue generated, 65% will be applied toward tuition.

Scrip credits are earned for the current school year from April 1st-March31st.  Credits earned after April 1st are applied toward the following school year's tuition.

Visit www.acesxavier.k12.wi.us and click on the Scrip link located at the top of the page.  Scrip can be ordered online or at any individual school location.  Orders placed online must be picked up at a designated school location.

Step 4: Discuss Additional Scholarship Opportunities with Your Pastor
There may be additional scholarship opportunities available through your parish. Please contact your pastor for more information.

If you have any questions during this process, please feel free to contact St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System Central Office at (920) 735-9380.
